About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Brookvale, NSW.
This role is dynamic and suits an all-rounder who thrives in a creative environment. Working closely with our Brand & Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives.
You’ll need to be highly creative-minded, have an eye for style, and be confident in creating marketing and social assets. If you love staying ahead of social media trends, crafting engaging content, and bringing a brand to life through visuals and storytelling—this role is for you!
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
✔️ Assisting in content creation for social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
✔️ Designing and editing marketing materials using Canva.
✔️ Managing and scheduling content across our social platforms.
✔️ Creating behind-the-scenes and in-house video content.
✔️ Supporting with email marketing (Klaviyo) and website updates (Shopify).
✔️ Engaging with our community through social media interactions.
✔️ Assisting with marketing admin tasks and campaign coordination.
About You
✔️ Local to the Northern Beaches.
✔️ Proficient in social media with a natural ability to spot and jump on trends.
✔️ Experience using Canva, Shopify, and Klaviyo (or a willingness to learn quickly).
✔️ A creative thinker with a strong eye for branding, visuals, and aesthetics.
✔️ Confident in creating video content, including reels and behind-the-scenes clips.
✔️ Strong writing skills for captions and email marketing.
✔️ Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
✔️ Enthusiastic, proactive, and happy to work both independently and collaboratively.
✔️ Comfortable working in-office 2 days a week (with flexibility for the remaining hours).
✔️ Excited to learn, evolve, and work within a small (and friendly) female-run team.
✔️ Bonus points if you have a keen interest in holistic health and wellbeing, green beauty, and sustainability!
