Stock availability

All orders will be processed and shipped within two working days  If for any reason we cannot supply a product, we will contact you to organise an alternative arrangement.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported by phone or email within 2 days of receipt of your parcel otherwise no claims will be accepted.

All credit card transactions are processed securely. The security and confidentiality of your credit card details is of paramount importance to us. Credit card details are not available to our employees and we do not disclose information regarding customers and their purchases to third parties. Confidential information sent from your PC to our website, such as credit card details, is encypted by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). When SSL encryption is working, you should see a padlock appear at the bottom right of your browser window (depending on your browser).

Returns and Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a money-back guarantee if you experience an adverse reaction. As the range was developed for sensitive skin conditions, reactions are extremely rare. If for some reason you are unable to use the MV Skintherapy product(s) you have purchased, please contact us by email so we can determine whether or not you ordered the appropriate product for your skin condition. Please note that Compress Cloths are non-returnable/non-refundable and the Radiance Kit bags must be returned without the Compress Cloth, wherein $7 will be deducted from your refund total.

Returns must comply with the following conditions:

• Return requests need to occur within 21 days of purchase.
• Goods must be securely packaged so as not to incur any damage upon their return.
• Goods must be accompanied by a note explaining the reaction you experienced. 

Our money back guarantee will only be honoured if the product you are sending back is more than 50% full. 

Money back guarantee is for MV Skintherapy products only. 

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded (this includes postage back to us if returning a product).
